**Please note: a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed for pick ups within the same week. Orders for Thursday pick up close 11:59pm Tuesday night. If you order after this time, you will receive your box the following week.**

Pick up details:

• Thursdays from Bellarine Secondary College, Drysdale; order by Tuesday at 11:59pm for pickup on the following Thursday. Please specify in the notes section of your order who will be picking up. To minimise traffic and disruption at school, pick up windows are Thursdays:
• 7:30am - 8:30am
• 11:30am - 12:30pm
• 4:00pm - 6:00pm
• Pick up is also available from Ocean Grove on a Tuesday for our large box or large subscription box only.
• We offer a subscription box to guarantee your supply of seasonal, fresh produce for 10 weeks. Check out  our small subscription box. 

If you are delayed on pick up day and cannot pick up your box during the designated time, please let us know at grow@farmmyschool.com.

Please provide your phone number at checkout so we can contact you if your box does not get picked up. 

FAQ

1. What’s typically included in the box?

Our small boxes comprise 7-10 items of seasonal vegetables and herbs. The produce varies depending on the season and availability. Autumn/winter boxes will contain veggies like: cauliflower, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, beetroot, pumpkin, kale, peas, chard, spinach, lettuce, leeks, onions, radish, capsicum, eggplant, chilli, sweet potato, cabbage, celery, turnip, snow peas, herbs, fennel, garlic, oranges, lemons, limes.

We always strive to provide high quality, delicious veggies and to avoid food waste, we may include 'ugly' or superficially damaged produce, which should still be nutrient-packed and taste amazing.

Unfortunately, given we are a small team, we cannot offer box customisation at this stage. 

2. Do you offer delivery?

We only offer pick up for our small box on Thursdays from Bellarine Secondary College, Drysdale (See above: Pick up details) 

3. What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of the produce in the box? 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive produce that does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team on +61 431 583 354. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a refund.
